At Viet Bistro, we want to bring Vietnamese cuisine closer to everyone using the energy of the younger generation, without compromising the authenticity of the cuisine.
Indulge your taste bud with the most popular Viet food, including pho (noodle soup), banh mi (bread roll) and bun (vermicelli salad).
We only use fresh ingredients and the food will be packed at the front counter to bring the experience of Vietnamese cuisine closer to our customer. Our pho broth soup is cooked over-night with the pot placed in the centre of the counter to bring out a special sensation from our secret aromatics.

We are more than a food shop but more of a place to inspire and connect people. This is the place where we want everyone to feel welcomed and warm-hearted with our food.
Viet Bistro was born out of humble but resil-ient people with a strong voice of the youth. We strongly believe that regardless of your background, as long as you are determined to follow your dreams, anything is possible.
Our younger Viet generation appreciate our folk tradition and would like to bring it out under a modernised and funky angle. We hope to show the fusion of the tradition and the modernity of our culture. The mascots represent the guardians spirit of the kitchen, which helps add the uniqueness to the expericence of the customers when visiting us.
